We seek to identify and acquire under‐utilized agricultural properties to be converted into a highly productive portfolio of farms that will generate interesting annual operating cash flows or capital gains. This principle includes:
– transforming non‐productive land into cattle feeding land,
– transforming cattle feeding land into land suitable for more productive agricultural uses,
– enhancing the value of agricultural lands by changing their use to more profitable agricultural activities; and then rotate properties that have reached maturity.
To ensure geographical and climate diversification, our farms are spread across the southern cone region of South America. We seek to detect marginal farmland or other low–cost assets with a high potential for future appreciation.
Our goal is to increase and optimize production yields with a well–diversified mix of crops (including rice), livestock and forestry.
